1. Placing Orders

Do place your orders well ahead of time as all orders are processed on a first-in first-out basis. To ensure timely delivery, please note the Order By conditions in the table below. All deliveries will be done on the Delivery Day requested within the specified Delivery Time frame as listed below but, may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as delivery vehicle breakdown, road traffic condition, bad weather etc.

Saturday 12am – 8pm After 1.30 am your order will be delivered by Monday (*local Malaysian time)
Sunday No Delivery Not Applicable

*Malaysia Standard Time is 8 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+8).

All orders placed after the stipulated time (Order By) will be processed on the next working day.

We do not deliver on Sundays & Kuala Lumpur (KL) Public Holidays. Please see (http://publicholidays.com.my) for standard Public Holidays in Malaysia.

2. Delivery Charges

Free delivery is available throughout the Klang Valley (KL & Selangor), West Malaysia only. We do not deliver anywhere outside of the Klang Valley, Malaysia.

To avoid delivery problems or delays, please key in full & accurate delivery address when ordering. All delivery addresses will need a postcode. You may go to https://postcode.my/ if you need to identify a location postcode.

3. Standard Delivery Practice

 

Our standard delivery practice is to deliver to the recipient’s address submitted by the sender and not necessarily to the recipient personally. Our delivery personnel will endeavour to deliver the product to the recipient directly. If the recipient is not available to receive the order personally, we will pass it to a representative or leave it at the reception and obtain acknowledgement from the willing party. We regret that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may arise thereafter.

 

4. Special Deliveries 

We will endeavour to arrange for Special Deliveries if given 48 hrs notice in advance. Extra charges will apply. A surcharge of RM30 will be imposed.

Special Deliveries include:

a. Specific time delivery request.
b. Out of Delivery Time range.

FlowerHub reserves the right not to accept any Special Deliveries if we do not have the manpower or resources.

5. Re-Delivery

In the case of Delivery Failure not caused by FlowerHub, we may re-deliver upon rectifying the problem.

Delivery Failure includes the following examples:

1. Incorrect and/or insufficient delivery details and/or address supplied.
2. Incorrect date and time selected.
3. Recipient not present and/or unwilling to receive the order. 

Re-Delivery within 24 hrs

FlowerHub reserves the right to impose a re-delivery surcharge of 30 and above.

Re-Delivery exceeding 24 hrs

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all fresh flower orders will be disposed and not re-delivered. FlowerHub reserves the right to re-do and replace the order with fresh flowers due to stringent quality control and will impose a charge of 70% of the order value (for fresh flower/fruit orders) and reserves the right to impose a re-delivery surcharge of 30 and above.

6. Price Adjustment Policy

FlowerHub reserves the right to adjust/revise all pricing at any time as a result of increased supplier costs due to unforseen seaasonal shortage of supply and/or festive/peak season. Price adjustments will be updated on our online shop accordingly.

Festive Season includes Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali & Christmas.

Peak Season includes Valentine’s Day (for delivery starting from one week before & one day after Valentine’s Day) & Mother’s Day. Revised prices are effective regardless of when the order is placed.

 

7. Substitution Policy

Every floral arrangement is a work of art which means no arrangement is the exact replication. We are dedicated to creating each order with perfection and endeavour to deliver our products as seen in our photos. We personally handpick the freshest blooms and will use the best available on the day of delivery.

To ensure timely delivery, FlowerHub reserves the right to substitute (without prior notice) the flowers/products or containers with items of equal or greater value without compromising on the quality & aesthetics of the final product.
